Like Uffie I think I’m becoming a bit of a Francophile but thats cos some of the best shit is coming out of there right now not exclusively though. Anyway, after the massive succeed of Pop the Glock, Uffie has teamed up with a whole lot of legends on this one Pharrell + Feadz, Mr Oizo, sebastiAn of Ed Banger Records and legendary Mirwais bring us this smashing track A.D.D S.U.V. I’m totally lost figuring out what its about but hey ho!
Enjoy
I showed you one of these earlier but I’m sorry, as a big fan of Lo-Bro I just like it. I’m moving pretty soon and this is gonna be the main fixture. Produced for Blik, Greg “Craola” Simkins has designed three dark and mysterious wall graphics. Its part of a collaboration between Blik and Upper Playground.
As you can see this collection includes The Charon, Parrot and Raptor that graphics embodies a fantasy world of vivid nature images coined by Simkins as “The Outside.”
Loving this too much. Payday on Friday so better consult with the missus before the purchase is made.
Interesting packging design by YSL for their new ‘Energising Mist’ Pour de Corps. Its fresh and quite avant-garde. I reckon that its quite appealing with the fresh and contemporary avant garde look. I have no idea where the inspiration came from for the drops and I have no idea what they’re meant to be but I think the genius designer Axel Peemoeller might have been influenced by Viktor & Rolfs flowerbomb. I’m well confused! All the same, what an awesome design.
Hmmm! I gotta admit. I ain’t decided whether I like this yet. I’ll tell you why. The ex-Mayor of London Ken Livingstone (one of my personal political heroes) phased out the original Routemaster in 2004. Caused a bit of an uproar in London as it killed 49 years of tradition and no hopping on and off the bus at will. It was later replaced with the “Bendy bus” why anybody hates it i dont know… its free and its never full. But Routemaster good because its funny to see people hurt themselves jumping off too early. “Bendy bus” good because its free most times
Anyway… check out the new routemaster mockups!!
My friend who made this tune is gonna get royalties upon royalties the when vehicle comes out…
This one dropped on my facebook newsfeed today and it was a no-brainer to go on here. It’s a music video for Grems with their track Bisou produced by Swedish beat master Opolopo off the album Broka Billy. The video is quite extraordinary. Clearly a stop-frame technique but I dont know how it was done. I better ask neopen.
